To bid on a lot, pre-auth a hold of 3% of the opening bid, capped at AED 5,000. The hold window opens 30 minutes before the lot goes live and stays open while it’s live, no hold, no bid. Lose the lot and the hold is released. Win it and the hold is captured immediately and credited toward what you owe.
Auctions run four days a week. Each one is open for two days, so there is almost always something live.
Either way we notify you by email and push 30 minutes before a lot you’re watching closes. You do not have to sit at a screen during the golden window.
You are entitled to inspect and test the vehicle at Al Quoz before settling final payment. Book a 45-minute slot: start it, put it on a lift, and bring your own mechanic or any independent inspector you appoint. We will host them. Lots are not road-driven; they are insured for our premises only.
2% of the winning bid. That is the auction fee, and it is the only fee we charge a buyer. Local auction houses charge between 10% and 20%, and most will not publish a number at all.
Registration and ownership transfer are paid separately to the RTA. Transport outside Dubai is quoted separately.
Every car is inspected by our own workshop and every fault we find is published. If undisclosed major technical issues or defects are found against that inspection report, email info@carzillamotors.com within 24 hours.
You get a 100% full refund, returned within two business days.
Miss the 24-hour window and Carzilla assumes no liability, so use your inspection right before you settle. This is a real commitment. The auction houses here sell strictly as-is.
Buyers across the GCC bid on the same terms. We prepare the export certificate and arrange insured transport to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain. Riyadh is typically AED 3,500–4,500 on an enclosed truck.
